Ellie Palmer, Max Altman and Ella Schlieffarth presented during today's meeting about their experience attending the RYLA camp this summer.
RYLA, which stands for Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, helps young adults build leadership skills, confidence, and connections through Rotary-led training and hands-on experiences. Our club sponsored Ellie, Max and Ella to attend this year's camp, where they connected with other young leaders, attended learning sessions and had a lot of fun.
The three students also created a Little Free Library, which they plan to install in Rapid City.
Ellie and Ella are students at St. Thomas More High School and Max attends Central High School.
